Welcome to anaFluent. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our English learning mobile application and related services. By accessing or using anaFluent, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the anaFluent app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

All content, features, and functionality of anaFluent, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of anaFluent and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
anaFluent offers both free and premium tiers. Free users have limited access to activities per week. Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited access to all features.
We offer the following subscription options: Monthly subscription with a 7-day free trial, and 6-month subscription with a 7-day free trial. New users may be eligible for a free trial period. Trial eligibility is determined by the app store and is typically limited to one trial per Apple ID or Google account. After the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Premium subscribers can purchase additional AI credits for extended AI conversation practice. AI credits are consumable one-time purchases available in $5 and $20 packages. Credits are added to your account immediately upon purchase and never expire. AI credit purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or app store policies.
Users may participate in our referral program by sharing their unique referral code. When a new user subscribes using a valid referral code, the new user receives an extended trial period and the referrer earns AI credits when the referred user completes their first paid subscription. Referral rewards are subject to change and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your device settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play Store > Subscriptions on Android). Refunds are handled according to the respective app store policies.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting the application.
anaFluent is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, anaFluent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
