• Provide AI-powered conversation practice, speech recognition, and text-to-speech through our third-party AI service provider (OpenAI)

Third-Party AI Data Processing

Our app uses OpenAI as a data processor to power AI conversation features, including speech recognition, AI-generated responses, translation, and text-to-speech. OpenAI processes data solely on our behalf to provide these features and acts as a data processor, not an independent third party. When you use AI-powered features (AI Practice, Guided Conversations, Shadowing), the following data types are sent to OpenAI for processing:

• Voice recordings: Sent for speech-to-text transcription
• Text messages: Sent to generate AI conversation responses
• Translation text: Sent for translation between English and Arabic
• Text-to-speech text: Sent for audio generation of text content

This data is sent only after you explicitly consent within the app. You can revoke this consent at any time in Settings > Data & Privacy, which will disable AI conversation features. OpenAI processes this data in accordance with their usage policies and does not use any of this data to train their models. Your data is not sold, shared with, or monetized by any third party. We do not share any other personal information with OpenAI beyond what is necessary to provide these features.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, monetize, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising, analytics, or any commercial purpose by any third party. We only disclose information in the following limited circumstances:
